Buongiorno!! Ci capita spesso di non essere a casa per pranzo per motivi di lavoro, studio ecc… e portiamo con noi il pranzo da casa. Però diciamocelo, portare con sè un’anonima vaschetta che ispira tristezza solo a guardarla non è proprio il massimo. Mi diverto quindi occasionalmente a preparare pranzetti che abbiano un aspetto carino, piacevole e che rendano la giornata più colorata. Da quì la passione per i bento , ovvero portapranzi riempiti con ingredienti dall’aspetto davvero gustoso e che lasciano spazio alla creatività. Ho pensato quindi di creare una categoria apposita. Ecco qualche idea carina che potrebbe farvi in qualche modo da ispirazione 😀

Per il primo non avevo alcuno strumento a disposizione ed è stato fatto tutto con un coltello…un lavoraccioXD
1° Bento – Japanese theme
Contiene fettuccine al pesto, prosciutto cotto, formaggio edamer, carote, wurstel, insalata e salame per guarnire. In basso un sentiero con una lanterna giapponese; in alto un ciliegio in fiore con il monte Fuji sullo sfondo 🙂
It includes fettuccine(pasta) , ham, edamer cheese, carrots, wurstels, salad and salami. We have a path surrounded by flowers with a japanese lantern and a cherry blossom tree with the Fuji Mountain on the top. I only used knife to decorate it , it was a little hard but it can be done 😀
2° Bento – Pasta & peppers
Il secondo contiene spaghetti alla gricia con del peperoncino fresco, peperoni tondi ripieni con tonno , uova e pangrattato e infine bocconcini di scamorza.
This one includes “spaghetti alla gricia”( with cheek lard, pepper and litlle hot fresh peppers), round peppers filled with tuna , eggs and breadcrumbs and finally scamorza nibbles.
3° Bento – Pasta and meatloaf
Contiene mezze maniche con guanciale e cipollotto, farfale di prosciutto cotto e sottiletta, cetrioli e polpettone al forno con patate.
It includes pasta with cheek lard and green onion, butterflies are made of ham and cheese, then we have cucumber and meatloaf with potatoes.
